I was watching the news yesterday. A young woman named Danielle Stislicki went missing in 2017. The man who they suspect of kidnapping and murdering her has been housed in the Oakland County Jail for quite some time. Yesterday, they said there is evidence that has to be thrown out, due to some polygraph questions or something. There was an issue with the way questions were asked. Michael Warren, Oakland County Judge, ruled on a couple of the motions presented to him and said he would hold off on others. We all know that Danielle is dead, wherever she is, but to see a woman work as hard as Floyd Galloway’s lawyer did to get evidence dismissed was sickening. Floyd Galloway is an Oakland County Prostitute. That woman, his lawyer is a pimping lawyer. When you turn into a prostitute there are a few things they give, a lawyer that will fight for you is one of them.
When I was in jail, awaiting trial for stalking Val Gross, I went through four lawyers. None of them wanted to file motions. When a case takes longer than 380, your attorney is supposed to send a motion to the Chief judge demanding the Prosecutor present their evidence. If they couldn’t couldn't present enough evidence for trial, they couldn't keep me in jail and had to drop the case. My lawyer told me she wasn’t going to do that. In the same case, the same lawyer refused to ask a fellow lawyer and judge to prove where she lived. She asked me, “What would happen if it was found she did live at that address?” I don’t know, digress?” When Steve Wittebort got on the stand and lied on me, and got caught in real time, nobody moved for my case to be dismissed. Not the judge, not the prosecutor and not even my own attorney moved for a dismissal.
No one gets fought for, more than an Oakland County Prostitute. Kelli Bryant, The woman that left her children in filth for five years has two lawyers. The woman and the fat guy. The woman who was my lawyer once and got me off probation when I was over-sentenced when Wittebort lied on me and the almost entirely White jury found me guilty. Eleven White people found me guilty. The one Black man, the holdout, was the sole juror that held out for a “not guilty” verdict. It seems that he was the only one who heard Wittebort get caught in a lie on the stand. My no-good lawyer told me I was lucky, because Colleen O’Brien was going to once, again, over-sentence me and give me eight years. She had given me 18 months to 5 years, on a 90-day statutory limit case. I did four years on that case, Wittebort lied then, too!My PSI limit was 18 months on the second case, which is a low PSI limit, but I have school, military and only one prior trumped up charge that I've been found guilty of.If it wasn't for the idea Wittebort is a White man and Paual McDougal beat his babies Mama, I would have no cases at all. Now, I digress. That’s how I got off probation. I had done over my statutory limit. I went to jail for violating probation when I literally had no more jail time to do.
So, when I saw this woman fighting so hard for Galloway. When he’s as guilty as any guilty man I’ve ever seen, but he’s been involved in prostitution in the jail and have made them lots of money, The way Michael Warren looked at her, he was wondering why she was pushing so hard. Court appointed lawyers want the swiftest end as possible, a plea. I told you before the pimp out everybody, male, female, Black or White, Latino and Asians, they sale all of them. The police have lied and created a false narrative about a lie detector test and the course of questioning. Instead of her standing up there and badgering a judge, she needs to break it down like we are all three-year-olds. It sounds like gibberish to me. Danielle’s family needs closure. Instead of trying to get him off, they should be trying to find out where the Stislicki’s daughter is! Give them some closure. It’s cases like this and the Tucker Cipriano case that really get under my skin. They let him out early to kill and maim his family for his cooperation for prostituting. This has got to stop, they must stop parents from being victimized twice. I pray that day comes soon.
